Physical Therapy Clinic Office Staff Opportunity

Physical Therapy Clinic needs office staff. Are you ready to grow with us? We are looking for an outstanding person to add to our dynamic and patient-focused team. Must be willing and able to work at any of our 3 office locations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Performs all front office duties including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and collecting co-pays.
• Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Completes all necessary forms for registration to ensure proper reimbursement from payers.
• Prepares daily deposit, reconciliation, and daily statistical information.
• Ensures patient waiting area and restrooms are clean and reflect a positive image of company.
• Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the company's Mission Statement, Vision, Values, and Performance Standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or described by Company policy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-year medical office experience.
• Proficient with computers.
• Background check performed.
