Description:

The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator role offers the opportunity to step into a highly visible, cross functional leadership position within one of the premier furniture manufacturers in the country. Compensation is between $70,000 and $75,000 annually, with an additional $1,500 quarterly performance bonus. Day to day, this role serves as the bridge between suppliers, internal manufacturing operations, logistics, and the end customer. You will oversee approximately 200 orders per week while managing workflow, coordinating shipping plans, handling customer communication, and resolving quality or customization issues. The role requires balancing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure. You will work heavily with analytics, shipping coordination, customer touchpoints, and internal operational teams to ensure products move accurately and efficiently from production through delivery. This is much more than a customer service role. It is a hands on operational leadership and project coordination position that requires independent thinking, strong communication, and the ability to solve problems in real time.

This role aligns especially well with military backgrounds involving logistics, operations, movement coordination, or supply chain management. Ideal candidates are senior enlisted leaders or junior officers who have experience coordinating people, equipment, timelines, and operational priorities in fast moving environments. Candidates who are resilient, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions while balancing competing demands will perform well.
