Maintain accurate records in the Data Works system to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and elevate the customer experience.
Support both domestic and international clients, adapting to diverse customer needs.
Take on additional responsibilities and participate in special projects as required to support team success.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong typing skills with at least 45 WPM and excellent accuracy.
Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure, delivering outstanding service even in challenging situations.
Training Schedule:
Week 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Weeks 2–3: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Week 4: Transition to your assigned schedule.
