Catering Cook - Houston, TX

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced full-time catering cook needed for a private school in the beautiful Houston area. The perfect candidate will be energetic, positive and must be able to help with daily high-volume production. Perfect for someone who has excelled in restaurants but desires a role with longevity in a more stable environment and work/life balance.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 6 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• Occasional catering events and evenings

Pay Type:

$19.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations.

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.

Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
