Assistant Property Manager- Oakwood Trails Apartments

Seldin Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager at Oakwood Trails apartment community in Spring, TX. This is a LIHTC property with 203 units. This position will pay up to $25.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What you will do:

Responsible for assisting the Community Business Manager with ensuring the community generates a satisfactory cash flow, the property is maintained in accordance with the Company standards, and assures resident satisfaction. In the absence of the Community Business Manager, the Assistant Community Business Manager will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives set forth by the company and property owners.
