The Capital Grille - 1155 Lake Woodlands Drive - Responsibilities: Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant; Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time; Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards for guest safety; Contribute to a team-focused, hospitality-driven dining experience; Support overall kitchen operations to ensure timely service
