The purpose of this position is to provide support to Executive services team for stock plan administration and executive compensation by:* Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Executive Services function, including stock plan administration and other related activities as needed* Assisting with the administration of executive services programs, including annual and long-term incentive programs, ESPP, executive salary surveys and related initiativesA Day in the LifeAdminister and coordinate executive services programs including RSU, Stock Options, and Performance Share programs for applicable events including new hires, terminations, retirements, annual deferral elections, dividend equivalent payments, and incentive plan paymentsAdministrate the global Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) activities for enrollment, purchases and reportingPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation to review accuracy of equity and transaction dataPrepare and maintain procedural documents for all stock plan administration processesSupport the up keep of accurate equity compensation reporting for SOX Compliance and other internal and external reporting; assist in preparation of any SEC filingsSupport process improvement and automation opportunitiesSupport the communication of new executive compensation plans and changes to existing plans by preparing announcement materials, booklets, and other mediaCounsel employees and colleagues regarding equity and executive compensation issuesRespond to questions and requests in a timely and professional mannerParticipates on special projects or other activities as requested.
