This role is all about building strong carrier relationships, securing reliable capacity, and ensuring freight moves smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers to grow and diversify our network
• Secure coverage for loads by making outbound calls and sourcing reliable capacity
• Negotiate competitive rates that balance customer needs and carrier partnerships
• Track and manage shipments from pickup through delivery, keeping everything on schedule
• Resolve challenges quickly to minimize disruption and keep freight moving
• Collaborate with our Business Development team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Stay up to date on market trends and lane activity to make smart, competitive decisions
