Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Review IFS system reports daily to determine stock inventory items that need to be picked and shipped; Prepare pick lists and delivery notes for daily shipments, identifying and coordinating the correction of any errors; Enter data for domestic and international shipments into the IFS system and into the shipping systems of commercial freight carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL; Prepare export documentation and related paperwork required for international shipments; Process daily invoices in the IFS system to accurately reflect shipped orders
