Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned by the location.; Monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, theft-related concerns, and/or policy violations, helping to deter unwanted activity through visible presence and timely reporting.; Assist with access control, crowd management, and/or directional support during busy business hours, deliveries, and special events as needed at the location.
