Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting activity according to post orders.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and verify credentials, permits, and/or identification as required, helping to support controlled entry and restricted area protocols.; Assist with alarms, emergencies, and public assistance needs, coordinating with supervisors, law enforcement, and/or first responders when required.
