Memorial Hermann - 921 Gessner Road - Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.; Direct patient care duties include vital signs, monitoring patient's condition, hygiene support, toileting support, mobility support, nutrition support, bathing support, charting, and other activities of daily living as needed.; Maintains timely and accurate documentation of information and reports unusual changes to the nurse.; Assists in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.; Obtains and prepares laboratory specimens as prescribed within the scope of the role.
