A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Part Time for the 988 Lifeline Services.Key ResponsibilitiesInteracts with clients in a therapeutic manner and ensures effective handling of service requestsAssesses service requests and client's condition to provide appropriate referrals and dispositionsDocuments assessments and interactions with clients in a timely manner according to established policiesRequired QualificationsFour years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant fieldAbility to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressurePhysical capability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand or walk throughout the program spaceExperience in crisis interventionFamiliarity with relevant providers and resources to facilitate client support
