Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our team in Houston. In this role, you will support project and resource scheduling activities and work closely with a Senior Scheduler to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position is well suited for someone early in their scheduling career who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules

• Support resource scheduling and coordination efforts across active projects

• Work closely with the Senior Scheduler to monitor schedule progress and identify potential impacts

• Help ensure project timelines align with budget and delivery requirements

• Communicate scheduling updates clearly and effectively with project stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in project scheduling

• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

• Experience supporting construction planning activities

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
