Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Location: Conroe, Texas Schedule: Monday– Friday, 40+ hours per week (Overtime and weekends as needed) Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and parts. • Pull and stage materials according to work orders and sales order pick tickets. • Prepare, package, and label orders for shipment or delivery. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. • Maintain accurate inventory records using basic computer systems. • Assist with loading and unloading trucks. • Ensure warehouses and yard areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. • Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and operational guidelines. • Support team members and assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Ability to perform physical labor and work in a warehouse or outdoor environment. • Basic computer skills. • Strong work ethic and attention to safety. • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
