Job Description:

The CNC Operator operates and maintains CNC machines (lathes and milling machines) to manufacture and repair mechanical parts for industrial paper production equipment, ensuring machines run efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust CNC machines according to technical drawings, Manufacturer, modify, or repair mechanical components for production machinery.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and verify measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges, Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance of CNC machines.
• Report issues to supervisors and assist in troubleshooting.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all time.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CNC lathes and/or milling machines preferred.
• Basic blueprint reading and measuring skills.
