The company is seeking motivated Service Technicians to join its field team supporting the maintenance and repair of industrial steam boilers and auxiliary systems. This role is well-suited for military veterans with experience in mechanical, electrical, or utilities operations-especially those accustomed to working with engines, pumps, power generation, or shipboard/aviation systems. Much like keeping mission-critical equipment operational in the military, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer boiler systems run safely, efficiently, and reliably.

As a Service Technician, you'll diagnose equipment malfunctions, repair or replace critical components, and perform hands-on work such as calibration, pressure testing, and system rebuilds. You'll also assemble and install new units, conduct preventive maintenance, and help customers keep their systems operating at peak performance. Veterans with backgrounds in troubleshooting, technical maintenance, and following detailed schematics or blueprints will find these tasks familiar and rewarding.

This role requires excellent problem-solving, customer service, and adaptability. You'll often work independently at customer sites, traveling daily or occasionally staying overnight when projects require extended time on location. Just as in military field operations, readiness is key-you'll keep your service vehicle equipped with tools, parts, and manuals, and you'll rotate on-call duty to respond quickly to urgent needs. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver solutions will directly impact customer success.
