Job Details

Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Monitor building energy usage and ensure efficient operations. Oversee contractor work and manage tenant improvement projects. Prepare budgets; control inventory and purchasing. Supervise, train, and evaluate Engineering staff; develop and implement performance goals and staff development plans. Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure reliable building operations and address tenant issues. As assigned, work with vendors to identify scopes of work and oversee compliance with contract terms and quality control. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently; maintain detailed documentation and service logs for building equipment; maintain compliance logs.
