Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 4:30 AM - 3 PM OR 3 PM - 1:30 AM

The Requirement Checklist
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (minimum 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and lifting
- Comfortable working in a shop/manufacturing environment

- Assemble, repair, test, and package precision electro-mechanical equipment, including gas meters, pumps, actuators, and test equipment, using schematics and written/verbal instructions
- Identify assembly issues and generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) as needed
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to troubleshoot problems and implement process improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ISO 9001 quality standards, including audit preparation
- Provide daily/weekly project status updates within the work group
- Assist with streamlining assembly and integration processes to improve efficiency and quality
