In this role, you will schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings and assist with scheduling of special events e.g. workshops, training sessions.
Organizing catered breakfast or lunch as required
You will assist and or make travel arrangements for personnel
Further, you will be in charge of the submittal of expense account receipts as well to sort and distribute mail
Moreover, you will order and maintain office supply for department and self
You will maintain work rooms and ensure maintenance is up to date on coffee / tea stations
Additionally, you will assist with expense report preparation and reconciling of submitted receipts for approval
On top, you must maintain office supplies, organization system and filing for administration as needed
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred and five (5) years' experience in administrative support function
You have effective computer skills like Microsoft Office Software, and other company and discipline specific software applications
Moreover, you own effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company
You possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Detail oriented, continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines is required in this role
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands
In addition, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
