Picker/Packers

We are seeking dependable Picker/Packers to support warehouse operations in the Houston area. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick products from inventory using pick tickets, RF scanners, or work orders
2. Pack items securely and accurately for shipment
3. Label boxes and prepare orders for outbound shipping
4. Verify product quantities and inspect for damage
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area
6. Meet daily productivity and quality goals
7. Follow all safety procedures and company policies
8. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 4050 lbs throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
