Pratt Industries - - Responsibilities: Operate the unitizer and related machinery, ensuring proper placement of bands and stretch wrap; Quality Assurance: Ensure proper placement of bands, stretch wrap, unit tags, and stacking patterns. Scan barcodes and inspect units for defects.; Operational Efficiency: Maximize machine utilization by operating at optimal capacity and speed. Complete production reports accurately and in a timely manner.; Training & Development: Cross-train assists and utility helpers on unitizing duties to ensure workforce flexibility and operational continuity.; Reporting & Maintenance: Submit maintenance work orders for necessary repairs and follow up to ensure completion.
