Quality CRM Specialist
The Opportunity:
The Quality CRM Specialist is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Company's client and supplier relationship management systems, ensuring prequalification data, certifications, and performance scorecards are current and aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and company governance processes. The role supports both commercial acquisition and project execution phases, facilitating communication, compliance, and knowledge transfer across client and supplier interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- A. Client and Supply Chain Prequalification
- Maintain and update client and supplier profiles within ISNetworld, Avetta, Achilles, and other customer compliance platforms.
- Submit pre-qualification packages and coordinate responses to client or auditor requests for additional information.
- Track expiry and renewal of HSE, Quality, Insurance, and financial certifications for company and supplier compliance records.
- Maintain company-wide qualification libraries and certificates for internal use and tendering.
- Coordinate client and supplier audits, inspections, and site visits - ensuring documentation, scheduling, and follow-up actions are completed.
- Support supplier qualification assessments including cataloging lab, cost sheets, and material property inspections in coordination with Supply Chain for Quality and Engineering.
- B. CRM Data and Relationship Management
- Support the buildout of CRT database within the Omega 365 system.
- Capture and maintain client and supplier information in the Company's CRM database inside Omega 365.
- Update project records with new contacts, meeting notes, and correspondence logs to ensure continuity across business units.
- Track key account interactions, proposals, and project lifecycle events to ensure client information remains accurate and current.
- Build and maintain a Client Interaction Calendar for touchpoints, site visits, and communications.
- C. Marketing & Business Intelligence
- Develop and maintain a digital library of presentations, brochures, case studies, capability statements, and technical datasheets for internal and client use.
- Capture new leads, requests for information (RFIs), and potential business opportunities through CRM tools.
- Support coordination of marketing events, client workshops, and exhibitions.
- Produce quarterly Competitor Intelligence Reports summarizing contract awards, vessel deployments, mergers, and emerging market entrants.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Estimating teams to align intelligence with bid strategies.
- D. Project Support & Coordination
- Provide CRM and prequalification support during project handover from Tender to Project Management (PM) stage.
- Maintain updated cost sheet, product grading, and supplier pricing information in coordination with Andrew / Cost Engineering.
- Track and follow up on open action items from client and supplier meetings; ensure closure documentation is archived in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support for project audits and reviews as required.
- E. Client Account Planning
- Develop and maintain Client Account Plans (CAPs) for key clients - capturing project awards, upcoming tenders, industry news, and engagement history.
- Coordinate updates to CAPs on a quarterly basis with Commercial and Project Management leads.
- Track and summarize client satisfaction surveys, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives for Management Review.

Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM, prequalification, or client/supplier management (preferably in construction, marine, or energy sectors).
• Familiarity with offshore wind or infrastructure project workflows desirable.
• Experience supporting compliance documentation for ISO or client HSE audits is a plus.
Performance Indicators: • Data Integrity - 100% accuracy of CRM data fields for active clients and suppliers.
• Timeliness - Prequalification updates submitted before expiration deadlines.
• Engagement - Number of key client touchpoints logged monthly.
• Reporting - Timely delivery of quarterly CAP and competitor reports.
• Support Effectiveness - Positive feedback from Project Managers and Business Development team.
