About who needs care: My wife just started working and we need someone to take my mother in law to doctor appts when we can't. She wants to be as independent as possible and still lives alone but has trouble hearing and seeing so she can't drive anymore.
About the care needs: Maybe an older female that has patience and won't be in a rush.
