Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliComply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud/liliComply with and reinforce all food safety, sanitation and safety regulations/guidelines/procedures and programs according to company, local, state, and federal health code regulations; identify unsafe conditions and notify store management/liliUnderstand and perform ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers/liliUnderstand and follow the company guidelines on computerized inventory management, control, and ordering of all medications, devices, supplements and supplies/liliMaintain departmental standards including keeping clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas/liliCount, measure and prepare specified product using company best practices/liliComplete billing procedures adequately to assure best value to the customer and the company/liliAnswer phone and triage calls and answer inquiries as appropriate/liliUnderstand and adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons, limits on cash shortages and company shrink guidelines/liliUnderstand and follow the company guidelines on the operation of the cash register and follow all cashier handling policies to prevent loss including tendering electronic fund transactions such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT and Gift Cards, as well as cash and check transactions/liliProvide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing/liliAssist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacists professional judgement/liliUnderstand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and the companys policies regarding the same/liliSupport company health and wellness initiatives/liliPut away legend orders, including Central Fill deliveries/liliAbility to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment/liliAbility to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner/liliAbility to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information/liliAbility to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues/liliProvide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults/liliMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pMINIMUM/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliMust be 18 years old/liliAbility to handle highly confidential information/liliMeets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position/li/ulpDESIRED/pulliAny previous comparable experience/liliAny equivalent experience of a pharmacy clerk/liliEPRN familiarity/li/ul/div
