Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors? The Heights of Magnolia is seeking a dedicated Certified Activity Coordinator to lead our activity programs!

• Current certification as a Certified Activity Director is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Previous experience as a Wellness/Enrichment Director in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, schedule, and execute a vibrant array of individual and group activities tailored to residents' interests and assessments.
• Create and maintain monthly calendars showcasing community programs.
• Accurately complete assigned sections of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) in a timely manner.
• Utilize resident assessment protocols (RAPs) to address activity program needs through care planning.
• Document residents' interests and needs in individualized care plans, updating them quarterly or as necessary.
• Record all interactions with residents and their families in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
• Actively participate in the interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Organize and support Residents' Council meetings.
