Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Busser to join our team at BU. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a positive dining experience by maintaining cleanliness in the dining and restroom areas, assisting servers and staff, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for. This is a fast-paced, physical position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong service attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer satisfaction
• Neat and clean personal presentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Able to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
• Physically able to squat, work at floor level, and climb stairs
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Responsibilities:

• Relay customer requests to the server promptly and clearly
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area floors
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked
• Provide support with other tasks as directed by management
