Supply Chain Data and Reporting Analyst (Contract) Duration: X months; Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour. Requires skills in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Industry experience in LNG or Oil & Gas is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Provide standardized reporting for open purchase orders, PR/PO aging, supplier OTIF performance, inventory health and critical spares availability, material constraint tracking, and automate recurring reports.
• Monitor and analyze key supply?chain KPIs such as OTIF delivery, lead?time adherence, inventory turns, shortages and backorders, and supplier performance trends.
• Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps impacting plant operations, maintenance, turnarounds, or projects.
• Develop exception and risk reports highlighting late or at?risk materials, long?lead items, and inventory shortages that affect maintenance or project schedules.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Maintenance, and Project teams to ensure reliable, timely information for decision?makers.
• Translate business questions into clear analytical outputs for non?technical stakeholders and support leadership meetings and performance reviews.
• Recommend and support continuous improvement of dashboards, metrics, and reporting processes, ensuring data quality and standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in supply?chain analytics, reporting, or performance management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem?solving, and data?validation skills.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non?technical audiences.
• Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, or other asset?intensive industries is preferred.
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory, supplier performance metrics, SQL, and supporting maintenance or capital projects is preferred.
