About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Franchise Development to spearhead its expansion and redefine the commercial cleaning franchise industry. The successful candidate will be a bold, strategic, and entrepreneurial leader, responsible for designing and executing a robust franchise growth strategy, identifying high-potential markets, and refining the franchise offering to attract quality partners. This role demands a hands-on approach to all aspects of the franchise development lifecycle, from lead generation to deal close, and a commitment to shaping the future of the brand. The VP will also be instrumental in onboarding new franchisees, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, and ensuring data-driven performance and accountability.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred, and at least 8-10 years' in franchise development or sales leadership, particularly within a service-based or commercial cleaning franchise system. The role requires a proven track record in driving franchise growth, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong business acumen. Key competencies include strategic growth leadership, sales and negotiation excellence, and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. The VP will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage the franchise development budget, and provide regular insights to executive leadership on market performance and growth opportunities.
