Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to marketing campaigns and promotions
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and offers
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
• Accurately record customer information, feedback, and call outcomes
• Support lead generation, appointment setting, or customer follow-ups where required
• Escalate complex enquiries to senior team members when necessary
