The Intake Specialist (IS) is a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion and talent for working with others. The IS provides support to Case Management staff by performing direct customer contact to establish eligibility for programs and to provide appropriate information associated with available services. The IS is organized, may arrange own and other's schedules, and completes database entries as assigned. The IS protects and secures the confidentiality of client records. The Intake Specialist demonstrates excellent judgment in decision making and possesses excellent customer service skills and problem solving ability. Success measures for this position include reliability, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
