Looking for an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute high-impact events, exhibitions, trade shows, partner activations, and experiential marketing campaigns for our Large Format Printing business.

Plan and execute the annual event calendar aligned with marketing & business goals

Manage end-to-end event operations: venues, vendors, booth design, production & on-site execution

Design engaging brand and product experiences (demos, workshops, experiential zones)

Collaborate with marketing, sales, creative & product teams

Drive lead generation, CRM integration & post-event follow-ups

Ensure budget control, timelines, compliance & safety standards

Track and report event ROI, leads, and engagement metrics

Success Metrics

On-time & on-budget event delivery

Increase in event-generated leads & pipeline

Strong partner & customer satisfaction

Candidates for Event Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Bachelor's degree in marketing / Event Management or related field

5-6 years of B2B event management experience (technology / printing / industrial preferred)

Hands-on experience with large trade shows & partner events

Strong project management & stakeholder coordination skills

Creative mindset with good branding & storytelling sense

Proficiency in MS Office, PM tools & CRM systems (Dynamics / Eloqua preferred)

Willingness to travel for events

What's in this Event Manager position for you?

Pay: $27.74 - 36.31/HR.

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00

Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
