Technical Solutions Sales - Enterprise Consultant

Description:

The Technical Solution Consultant – Cross HCI Portfolio plays a critical role in collaborating, assessing, architecting, and optimizing Advanced Process Controls, Plant Wide Optimizer, Petroleum Blending & Movement, PHD, Alarm Management, Ops Mgmt, Operator Training Simulator and Asset Performance Management solutions for industrial environments. This role supports customers in achieving operational excellence, safety compliance, and situational awareness through advanced HCI software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer operational challenges and design tailored for HCI solutions.

  • Conduct site assessments and technical discovery sessions to evaluate existing and/or future for HCI Solutions.

  • Develop and present solution architectures, including integration, optimization and rationalization strategies, KPI dashboards and operations workflows.

  • Participate in sales activities by presenting solutions, conducting demonstrations, and providing technical expertise to potential clients.

  • Work closely with sales, engineering, P&E and product management teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and align with business goals

Track record of launching new products both technically and commercially for fast customer adoption. Includes voice of customer, competitive positioning, market requirements, customer value quantification, pipeline creation, revenue acceleration, and customer satisfaction.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication, Industrial Automation, or related field.

  • 8–10 years of experience in technical consulting or solution engineering in industrial operations or automation with at least 5 years of experience in Advanced Process Controls (APC), Alarm Management, Operator Training Simulator / Work Force Competency or Asset Performance Management.

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Management principles, historian / SCADA systems, and operations monitoring platforms.

  • Familiarity with industrial protocols (ODBC, OPC, MQTT) and system integration.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
