The Opportunity

As part of the Customer Service team you operationalise business strategies and transform the functions of the supply chain for insurance clients. You supervise, develop, and coach teams; manage client service accounts; and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analysing complex problems to deliver top?quality deliverables. This role involves managing complex business initiatives through assessment, design, and implementation of operational improvements.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 5 years of combined experience in consulting and the insurance industry.

  • Preferred bachelors degrees in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
