Completing auction tasks such as contacting accounts for lists of VI - Ns, ordering transportation for VI - Ns to the auction, checking inspections, ensuring vehicle readiness, providing clients and title department the sold report. Building and maintaining strong relationships with accounts while promoting the AutoNation brand through professional communication. Addressing any customer service issues and escalating to management as necessary. Delivering exceptional customer experience to help achieve account retention and growth goals. Partnering with management and other associates to ensure each vehicle crosses the auction block on sale day, and re-running vehicles as needed. Make existing accounts aware of all services the auction offers. What are the requirements for this job? High School diploma or equivalent required.
