Systems Training Manager

Description:

Hanover is looking for a Systems Training Manager who will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing systems training programs that support onsite multifamily property operations. This role ensures teams are trained to effectively use all property management software, supports adoption, reinforces standardized processes, and aligns training with real-world operational workflows.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Entrata-related questions, issues, and operational challenges.
  • Design, deliver, and maintain training programs for property management systems supporting onsite and corporate teams.
  • Provide live, virtual, and on-demand training for onboarding, promotions, system updates, and refresher needs.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for system functionality, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Partner with onsite leaders and corporate teams to identify training needs and improve system adoption.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and reference documentation aligned with company standard.
  • Support system implementations, enhancements, and operational transitions through training and follow-up support.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and system usage, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, operations, and leadership on portfolio-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience training and supporting Entrata leasing, accounting, and operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of LMS administration experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of multifamily site operations experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple properties or regional portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of onsite workflows and system usage.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in the Corporate Office.
  • Must be able to travel nationwide as needed to support training and operational initiatives.
