Connect Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support recruiting success and client satisfaction in our Houston, TX market. This role focuses on executing sourcing strategies, leveraging recruiting technology, and maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure orders are filled accurately and on time.

Location: Houston, TX

Requirements for Bilingual Recruiter:

• Minimum 1 year of recent recruiting or staffing experience (light industrial, logistics, or manufacturing preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of ATS systems (TempWorks preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple job orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Experience using sourcing platforms such as Facebook, Craigslist, LinkedIn, and Indeed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build client trust

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)

• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit client sites when required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• Prior experience in roles such as Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Assistant, or Recruiting Assistant is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Recruiter:

• Source, interview, and place candidates to fulfill client job orders

• Use ATS tools, job boards, and recruiting technology to identify qualified candidates efficiently

• Write clear and effective job descriptions using the company's strategic job posting template

• Select and manage the most effective sourcing channels for each job order

• Develop targeted recruiting campaigns for Houston's Spanish-speaking workforce using Facebook groups, community outreach, WhatsApp, churches, and local organizations

• Maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future staffing needs

• Support urgent or difficult orders to ensure client commitments are met

• Communicate staffing updates, candidate submissions, and assignment follow-ups with clients

• Assist with client check-ins to confirm satisfaction and identify upcoming hiring needs

• Address recruiting challenges and adjust sourcing strategies to improve results

• Ensure all recruiting documentation and processes remain compliant
