Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assess exterior and minor interior property damage.
• Craft detailed damage descriptions, including measurements and materials used.
• Complete basic scope sheets accurately.
• Utilize Xactanalysis software efficiently.

Requirements:

• Current, active Xactimate license with experience in writing estimates for both residential and commercial damages.
• Flexibility to maintain a non-traditional work schedule as needed for insureds and carriers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and timeliness.
• Proficient in various claims management systems with strong technological skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback.
• Eligibility for background screening and possession of current active licenses as required.
