Job Details

Main tasks:
Administration of certifications and competence matrix
Certification database management
Perform initial onboarding training for new employees
Continous training of the employees about different technical topics
Supports internal audits in ISO 9001
Supports the Quality Engineering team

Requirements:
Fluent English in verbal and in writing
Minimum high school diploma/graduation
3 years of experience in mass production in trainer position (Manufacturing Environment)
Good communication skills

Advantage:
Speaking of Spanish language
