About the Role:
As a CBRE Loan Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the team responsible for the management and servicing of small to medium-sized portfolios.
This job is part of the Loan Servicing function. They are responsible for the administrative aspects of a loan from the disbursement of funds to the final payment.
What You'll Do:
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Serve as the point of contact and intermediary between master servicers and special servicers, commercial lenders, rating agencies, and borrowers.
Track the performance of assigned loan portfolios by providing efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
Prepare recommendations for lender consent items. This includes leases, loan assumptions, and other real estate-related issues.
Interpret loan documents and ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements.
Facilitate the monthly watch list reports and other lender-specific reporting requirements.
Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations

What You'll Need:
Training in a Technical discipline having served an apprenticeship or equivalent with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Director position is $120,000 annually [or $57.69 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Director position is $130,000 annually [or $62.50 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
