About the Role: First step toward becoming an installer. You'll begin learning technical skills under the guidance of senior crew members.

Responsibilities:

Measure materials

Perform basic tool use

Support install process under direction

Apply safety procedures consistently

Advancement Opportunity:

Demonstrate consistency with Level 1 install tasks

Already knows how to place jobsite sign and call client
