The Infrastructure Senior Associate is responsible for the deployment and management of the LivaNova IT Infrastructure. They will cover day-to-day duties as reported through the LivaNova ticketing system. They will ensure that health checks are performed at regular intervals for existing systems and will work with other members of IT Infrastructure to architect and deploy new systems or upgrade existing ones as required.
General Responsibilities
Ensure daily, Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly health checks are completed.
Take ownership of support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.
Document new processes, update existing documents where needed.
Respond to alerts as generated by monitoring systems.
Consistently evaluate current in use technology and processes for improvement.

Pay Transparency
A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location will be awarded based on experience.
