Structured Debt CLO & Loan Operations Professional

Description:

Our client is seeking professionals to join their Structured Debt CLO & Loan Operations team at multiple levels, including Senior Associate, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on client service, operational excellence, and structured finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and operational support within financial services.
  • Manage and reconcile complex financial transactions with accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service obligations and drive results.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • For senior roles: Lead teams, engage institutional clients, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Core Qualifications (Across All Levels)
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for senior roles.
  • Experience in client service and/or operations within financial services.
  • Knowledge of Structured Finance (CLO/CDO), Corporate Trust, and compliance/reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation processes and financial systems (SOLVAS preferred).
Experience by Level
  • Senior Associate (3-5 years): Operational support, reconciliation, and client servicing.
  • Vice President (7-12 years): Advanced compliance/reporting, CLO/CDO expertise, and client engagement.
  • Senior Vice President (7-10 years + leadership): Strategic oversight, team management, institutional client engagement, and revenue growth.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in corporate trust and structured finance.
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
