Job: Office Manager/Accounting Clerk - Construction
Compensation: $25.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: M-TH 7AM-5PM Fri 7AM-12PM

Role Objective To manage daily office operations, ensuring that all project costs are accurately tracked and that the company remains in good financial and regulatory standing. Key Responsibilities 1. Project & Cost Accounting
Job Costing: Track expenses against specific projects. Run reports for job cost analysis and interpretation.
A/P: Input all vendor invoices and credit card receipts managing job costing and proper cost codes.
Manage all aspects of A/R for short receivable cycle.
Payroll: Process weekly payroll hours for field crews, including burdened labor rates and prevailing wage if applicable.
