Our client specializes in engineering and fabrication of rig systems, wellbore technologies, and completion and production solutions.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to support the production and repair of small to medium components. This role is responsible for organizing work to ensure the orderly and timely completion of components, maintaining machinery in good working condition, and performing necessary repair functions to support NAM Operations. The Machine Operator will follow all procedures and standards established by the Client's HSE and Quality Service groups to ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality outcomes.

Job Description

• Complete all required certifications and keep up to date
• Must participate in action plans for new projects, complete production demands, and maintain the work environment as outlined by the supervisor
• Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment to perform duties required
• Complete relevant training courses per HSEQ and Management
• Maintain proper 5S requirements of the work area and Equipment
• Comply with all Client Company and HSEQ policies and procedures

Skills Required

• Organized and self-motivated
• 1-2 years of machine operating experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Able to read a digital or dial caliper

Technical Competencies:

• Basic computer skills and aptitude for required programs: Microsoft Office, Teams, HUB
• Proficient use of tools and equipment to perform daily tasks
• Proficient in the use of measuring tools

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

• Must have immediate availability to start if selected
• Shift Hours: Day Shift, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with overtime on Saturdays

Pay Rate/Salary

• $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
