The Preconstruction Coordinator supports project teams by managing document control, tracking design progress and costs, and ensuring timely preparation of deliverables. The role assists with agency and client correspondence, attends design meetings and workshops, and helps maintain preconstruction schedules. Additional responsibilities include supporting proposal development, assembling bid and submittal packages, coordinating subcontractor engagement, assisting with estimating tasks such as take-offs and quote solicitation, and providing general administrative support across corporate and divisional teams.
