We are seeking a talented Workday Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team as part of a leading Global Consulting firm on a major project. This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR processes.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Proven experience in deploying Workday or other SaaS software solutions.
• Involvement in at least 3 end-to-end Workday HCM implementations.
• Ability to effectively translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Consulting experience is highly valued.
• Existing Workday certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical skills demonstrated through project participation or business operations.
• Self-awareness and recognition of personal skills and limitations are essential.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability and integrity.
• Able to manage oneself efficiently, exhibiting high productivity and motivation.
• Must obtain and maintain relevant Workday certification if not already held.
