Join our dynamic team as a Fuel Center Associate and play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience at our fuel center. You will assist customers, manage the cash register, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the fuel center. Responsibilities

• Exhibit exceptional customer service and encourage teammates to do the same.
• Safely pump gas for customers.
• Conduct daily tours and inspections of the fuel center.
• Complete incident and security reports as necessary.
• Address fuel spills and complete necessary documentation.
• Maintain attractive displays and overall cleanliness of the department.
• Perform various cashier functions, including handling transactions efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries over the telephone with a friendly demeanor.
• Adhere to corporate policies at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Promote and engage with company initiatives actively.
• Stay informed on emergency plans, numbers, and procedures.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Resolve conflicts calmly and cooperatively.
• Handle customer and business information with integrity.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when resolving customer issues.
• Provide friendly assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

MINIMUM

• Familiarity with industry terms and processes.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently without direct supervision.

• Relevant experience in the field.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
