Job Title: UPS Engineer

Location: Houston, Texas
Salary: $50 - $60 per hour, plus 401(k), Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems and related critical power equipment within the Houston radius
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on UPS and backup power systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, commissioning, and service, to ensure uptime and reliability
• Document service activities, equipment performance, and repair reports accurately
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry advancements
• Support a culture of safety and compliance in all work activities

The successful candidate must have/show:
• 4+ years of experience working with UPS systems or similar critical power infrastructure
• Strong technical knowledge of UPS and power distribution systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently within a regional scope
• Commitment to work-life balance while delivering high-quality service
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
