✨ Volunteer Opportunity: Evening of Elegance – Holiday Edition ✨

Date: December 6

Volunteer Shift: 12–6 p.m. (Show) + optional Afterparty 8–10 p.m.

Roles Needed: Ushers + Hostesses

We're seeking warm, welcoming, and reliable volunteers to help us create an unforgettable holiday experience at our Evening of Elegance event. This is a great opportunity to support the arts, meet our community, and be part of a beautiful, festive night.

What You'll Do (Pre-Show, 12–6 p.m.)

• Assist with guest check-in and greeting attendees
• Help serve light bites and drinks for our VIP guests
• Ushers will distribute programs/materials to guests
• Support general hospitality and wayfinding
• During the show, you may be asked to pass items out or around to guests

What You'll Do (Afterparty, 8–10 p.m.)

• Continue usher/hostess support
• Assist with refreshments and guest flow
• Help maintain a festive and welcoming environment

What to Wear

• All black attire or something holiday-inspired
